Who we are
S’Lene Popolillo, CEO specialises in creating and implementing HR solutions to customers that are linked to their business strategy. She worked in the Finance, FMCG, Software Engineering and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries in the past 23 years in HR roles and she has a BTech in HR management, Industrial relations certification, completed a Senior Leadership Program through USB and are busy completing her MBA through MANCOSA.
Her passion is to bring all her knowledge that she gained over the past two decades, in her roles in big International and Domestic Corporate Companies and help small and medium companies to align HR solutions to their strategies. She has extensive experience in Strategic HR Management, Training & Development, Performance management, Industrial Relations, BBBEE, Recruitment and Employee engagement.
She fulfilled senior leadership roles over the past 9 years in the BPO sector. In these roles she led an HR division for an International company in the BPO industry that were NYSE listed, managed the HR team servicing a UK campaign in the Call Centre industry and her previous role she was the Geography HR Head for an International BPO company that are listed are also listed on the NYSE that services International clients. She is passionate about people and development of individuals and organisations and she wants to make a difference in the HR field and in people’s lives.
Sabina Bovetti, COO, specialises in action learning, helping individuals find creative solutions in even the most diverse and challenging situations. She is a motivator with impact. High energy levels, commitment to service excellence and driven to succeed is her personal mantra.
She is an IPM Graduate, AIPSC professional with an HR diploma and has over 20 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment and Training. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
Whilst working overseas for a global bank in a HR management position she was involved in design, delivery and evaluation of selection and training strategies, she delivered a variety of development workshops. Many testimonials followed, and she quickly became known for her energetic personality and inspirational manner.
On returning to South Africa in 2005, she joined a reputable Recruitment Consultancy and held various management positions in Operations, Human Resources, Recruitment and Training where she continued with her passion and success in helping individuals unleash their inner potential.
