- Talent Acquisition
As per the client brief, we will do all sourcing, first round selection, competency assessments and risk assessments to evaluate and ensure we put forward the best fit candidate for the clients needs. Recruitment can be done in all regions of South Africa. We do recruitment for Companies in all industries and at all levels and we recruit for permanent placements, temporary assignments as well as recruiting and adding candidates on our payroll as part of a client’s outsource model.
Our fee structure is therefore dependant on the type of solution and after a scoping session with the client, terms of service will be discussed, agreed and signed off.
- Training and workshops
We facilitate training programs in
- customer care,
- recruitment techniques,
- conducting disciplinary investigations,
- initiating a disciplinary enquiry
- chairing of disciplinary hearings
- conducting a performance review and performance improvement plan implementation
- staff engagement initiatives
We also facilitate training programs through associates, focusing on sales training, leadership, behavioural skills and finance. Our training programs are designed for public or corporate.
We also run monthly workshops on the above topics as well as a CV centre where we conduct workshops with individuals that want to change careers or are new to the job market and need interview skills and updating their CV’s.
Fee structure is based on the specific training course or workshop that we are facilitating.
- HR outsourcing services
We assist clients with management of staff working in their business. We appoint the staff and fully management the outsourced staff to the clients at an outsourced management fee. We can also deliver a service to clients where the HR service is outsourced to us and we manage the staff and implement the people practices on their behalf for a management fee. We can also assist clients with ad-hoc HR projects or people set up in a new company ensuring that all People practices are set up in accordance to law and ensuring a compliance framework. Our project services include Company risk assessments, IR management of Section 197 transfer of employees when business transfers ownership, Section 189 retrenchment process, writing and implementing of HR policies, Wellness programs, Employment Equity and WSP/Annual Training reports and implantation of HR reporting as needed by the client.
Fee structure is based on outsource project and hours worked on ad-hoc deliveries. Fee structure and payment can be negotiated with clients after a proper scoping session.
- HR digital solutions
We also have a development team that can create digital solutions to clients for any Digital HR need they might have. These solutions can be web based, kept in either our or the client’s network and applications that can be accessed from computer or mobile. Digital solutions include Recruitment and HR applications.
